Team building at sea
The Greek islands provide the perfect backdrop for a team-building adventure. The varied landscapes, from rocky shores to idyllic bays, not only bring the group closer together, but also offer moments of rest and reflection. After a day at sea, the team can enjoy local Greek cuisine in a cozy harbor town, completing the experience.
The goal of this team building is not only to improve cooperation, but also to strengthen the bond between team members on a deeper level. In this informal but challenging environment, they not only learn from each other, but also how to work together effectively, even in unpredictable situations.
If it is desirable to intensify the trip, this can be done through training in which a different topic is touched upon each day and cases are used to go deeper into personal development and the role within the team. An additional fee per participant will be charged for this. Captain Rob is CEIM certified (Nyenrode) with specialization in change management and an experienced conversationalist. The glass is not only half full, but a full bottle is next to it to “refuel.”
Sailing experience is not necessary, but the capatain will certainly involve you in all facets.

Teambuilding on a boat in Greece offers a unique and dynamic experience that not only promotes cooperation but also enhances the sense of adventure and belonging. In a small team of four, it is essential that everyone understands his or her role and assumes responsibility. The limited space and specific conditions of sailing make communication and trust between team members crucial.
The ship acts as a mobile workplace where all members work together to keep the boat balanced, trim the sails and coordinate navigation through Greek waters. This creates a strong sense of community, where every decision affects the well-being of the group and the progress of the voyage. Instead of passively observing, all team members become actively involved in the process, whether steering the boat or arranging logistics for daily needs.
Teambuilding 2-5 people:
- 6 days/5 nights ship incl. kapiten / trainer

- Training. : € 850 per participant for 5 days
On 1st day from 16:00 on board and last day no later than 9:00 off board.
